JOB BRIEF
We are looking for an experienced supply chain manager or inventory control supervisor to ensure our supply chain and logistics operations function properly.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with other departments, such as Operations and Finance, to create effective business plans, so teamwork skills are important. You should also have experience in project management, as well as great leadership and communication ability.

This role supervises and coordinates supply chain, tracking, and scheduling and workers in supply chain logistics, tracking, customer service related and scheduling co-ordination occupations
DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES
- Creating, monitoring, analyzing, and improving the demand forecast for both the short and long term
- Cooperation with the sales and supply chain (operations) teams and contribute to the clarity towards other areas about capacity needs.
- Monitoring the forecast accuracy
- Constantly looking for solutions and tools to improve the accuracy of the plan
- Communicating with Sales about seasonal effects, promotions, market trends, distribution changes, tenders, product introductions, and product terminations; Leading and further shaping the monthly demand meeting, in which the input from sales is discussed beforehand;
- Informing of the organization when stock levels, outbound deliveries, and/ or customer service are at risk;
- Contributing to an optimal balance between production and stock orders; Identifying variances based upon historical production performance and expected future activities of products, and planning inventory needs for future demand.
- Prepare relevant material to facilitate discussion and manage the monthly demand meeting achieving consensus for operational demand forecasts by facilitating a collaborative planning process with sales & operations.
- Contribute to optimal supply chain activities working closely with Supply chain and operation teams. Coordinate, assign, and review the work of clerks engaged in the following duties: shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and maintaining inventories of materials, parts and products; processing purchasing transactions; co-ordinating production work; dispatching crews; scheduling transportation crews and routes; operating airport ramp servicing vehicles, and other related activities
- Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization, establish work schedules and procedures, resolve work-related issues, prepare and submit progress and other reports and co-ordinate activities with other supply-chain work units or departments
- Arrange or directly Train workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Requisition supplies and materials

- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Power BI and a Demand planning system would be an asset.
REQUIREMENTS
- Completion of secondary school.
- You have a diploma in the field of logistics, operations, administration, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of work experience in a comparable, relevant position;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French & English;
LANGUAGES
- English Proficiency High to Native (B2/C1/C2) desired.
- French Proficiency High to Native (B2/C1/C2) desired.
